2011 Home & Garden Show information
We are in the process of planning our 34th Annual Home & Garden Show for March 9th, 10th, & 11th, 2012. The show is located at the Fremont Recreation Complex 600 St. Joseph St. Fremont, Ohio.
A REPRESENTATIVE FROM EACH EXHIBIT MUST ATTEND THE JANUARY OR FEBURARY MEETING BEFORE THE MARCH SHOW. (This is also stated on all meeting notices under the Calendar of Event section).
Booth rental is $ 275.00 per 10’ x 10’ booth for paid members. That is paid in full as of 01/02/2012. All booths that are rented after 01/06/2012 are $300.00 each. Membership dues are $ 75.00 annually.
A $ 50.00 compliance deposit is required per exhibitor. This deposit is refundable after the show provided the exhibitor complies with all the regulations as stated in the contract. Therefore we need to know, in writing, how many booths you will need & also a check, for payment in full, for your booth(s) by 01/16/2012. Please make the check payable to the association.
After 01/23/2012 all unsecured booths will be sold first come first served basis. Any exhibitor canceling after 01/31/2012 will be offered a rebate of ½ booth cost toward the next years both.
110-volt electricity is supplied. Additional requirements are available, at extra cost, as needed. PLEASE tell us, ahead of time, your electrical needs.
HOME & GARDEN SHOW DATES & HOURS ARE:
MARCH 9th, 10th, & 11th, 2012
Friday 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Saturday 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
Sunday 12:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Along with the regular advertising, with your paid up dues & booth rental, you will receive FREE 1/5 page advertising. The programs are to be disturbed before the show & at the door of the show. You are responsible for sending in your ad. If you are interested in a large ad space, at an addition cost please contact the office. Advertising signs/ banners maybe hung inside the walk track above the booths at the cost of $ 10.00 per banner. There will be no mention of any advertising for those who secure their booth after 01/15/2012.
A drawing of 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place will be drawing at 3:30- 4:00 on Sunday with a gift certificate prize value at $100.00, $ 200.00, & $ 300.00. Any member may donate a door prize(s) to be drawn every ½ hour during the show.
